Interesting read! Good one to protect your children and yourself, I suppose. Perhaps you can post a book review when you're done with it.

I am on Mind Programming by Eldon Taylor. Smile A must-read eye opener.

Cheers

Great discussion all. This is exactly what we want to stimulate with these forums - less of the backbiting and egotistical confrontation, more of a collaboration towards something positive.

Yes, we are in discussion about creating a "recommended reading" list, with a core "must read" cannon, and then other subjects of interest.

If anyone feels like writing a book review, please do so and get in touch with us as we need more articles for the site and this would be a good start.

In the meantime, everyone should get a copy of this book:

I agree with the article and have heard Lyndon Larouche talk about this before. There is much work to be done before we can re-educate using classical education but it is definitely necessary.
Freedom1st. Thanks for the comment on my poem.
One of the first things to be done to correct Britain's broken education system is to get rid of the 'Academy school project' which the government is rolling out across the country. I have a lot of info. on academy schools and their sinister activities and motives. You can read some of this on the 'children in the UK' discussion forum on 'Mulberry Harbour' website, (follow the link at the end of my poem) a site for concerned brits. and 'what to do about Blighty?'

Minstrel Boy.

Governments have no business to educate our children, for we cannot trust government with such immense power. It is as if we asked a pack of wolves to take care of our sheep. We can see see the abuse of the education system for the purpose of indoctrination of our future generation first hand. This power of education is an exponential factor in manifesting tyranny and its justification, serving only the interests of the elitists against the will of the people. Ask why today's young people are corrupted, violent and degenerate or why they are little globalist goons.

Remember the Hitlerjugend?

This government is illegitimate. It is not doing what it is supposed to do (protect its people, it's only legitimate justification for its existence) and its doing all the things it ought not to (education, medication, taxation, serfdom, sellout, lying, deceiving, etc, etc).

In my opinion the independence of England as a nation state would be a cause for celebration by people worldwide. The end of a period of bondage. And the antidote to globalism.

Agreed. England's independence would spell the end of the Elitists and their totalitarian NWO, as London is the center of the global and financial cabal.

I fail to understand why the people cannot see the obvious.

RE: Towards An English Renaissance
Headline in the Education section of today's Guardian:

Parents who home educate children to be forced to registerGovernment plans for a compulsory register of home-educated children slammed by proponents of alternative schooling

http://www.guardian.co.uk/education/2009...s-register

So it should come as no surprise then that the New-Labour's Big Brother Department of Edukation, (Mr Ed Balls) should start prying with their grubby little fingers into how we choose to educate our children. Apparently their reason for doing so..."mandatory registration to ensure that families are not using home tuition as a cover for abuse." This government just don't get it, do they? Instead of fixing the root cause of child abuse/neglect within society they just take the easy option and impose yet more leglislation (what are we on by now... EU Directive 1,000,00056 or something like that). This shows the extent to which the the establishment do not trust us to bring up our own children in the way we feel fit. And if we wish to homeschool our children, in the government's eyes, that makes us highly suspicious and potential child abusers/torturers/rapists/murderers. Tragically there have been some cases that have come to light recently of children who have been appallingly neglected and abused by their own parent/s (or 'partners' of), however, this is a handful of cases, and in my opinion it proves the total incompetency and downright negligence of the Department for Social Services. ALL of those horrific cases need never have ended so miserably if the damned social workers had done their job properly. And I don't care about the excuses "oh, we are under alot of pressure" or "there's a lot of red tape." Excuse my french but F**k the red tape, if I see child suffering I would stop at nothing to protect them from further harm. But it's yet again another example of the government trying to divert attention away from taking responsibility for the failure of their public & social services. Tell me, Mr Balls, how is MORE red tape going to prevent another Baby P scenario? And what the hell gives you the right to tell me how I can educate my children? Angry

The problem is that people do not understand that there is no authority per se, except that of the people. Politicians are servants, acting as tyrants or leaders or rulers. Turn off your TV's and start thinking and return the elected representatives to the place they belong as accountable servants -- nothing more and nothing less. BTW, Germany, of all places, made home schooling "illegal". Most German's have become cowards, and are nothing more than brainwashed, guilt-tripping slaves.
